Taylor Joy says that moving was a very difficult experience. Taylor Joy was unable to study English and believed she would be able to return to Argentina. Hill House became her school that she chose after being forced to change schools. She enrolled later at Queen's Gate School in which she took ballet classes and was involved in school plays. At the age of 16 she decided to leave school to pursue acting as a career. From a young age Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to work as an actress. her dreams came true when she was approached for a modeling gig from Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
