Anita Barone

Barone performed the role of Gail Cunningham in The Shoes in Seinfeld season four. She played a cook known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. Barone was one of the cast members on Carol & Company, starring alongside Carol Burnett in the early 90s. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's former wife in her first Friends' appearance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start a full-time job. She starred for The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the initial season (1995-1996) as well as The War at Home between 2005-2007. Barone co-starred with Daddio in 2000. Barone has also appeared in Desperate housewives and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. In 2004 Barone was the recipient of her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in movie One Last Ride. The following year, three years following the time that The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role for the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband guest starred on the show for two seasons. Shake It Up in the role as J.J. Jones.
